CRC is spacious and comfortable with a lovely outside area and a nice pool. It’s been well maintained and has every amenity. The separate laundry room is great for washing and drying.
The bathrooms are well provided and the showers are lovely.
There’s plenty of room for sitting , inside with the air conditioning on when it’s very hot, outside when it’s cooler.
There is an on site garage.
Rosemary is very helpful and keen to please.
It has a central , safe location close to the wine tram and within short walking distance of shops and restaurants.
Not much at all , these points are for information rather than being negative, so, as others have noted, in the main bedroom the toilet is separated by a small glass screen not a door which some may not like.
For clarity only, if you have a long stay weekly cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels has to be arranged and paid for. Didn’t mind this, (not expensive either) but everywhere else we’ve stayed this is automatic.
The property backs on to Franschhoek Motors, there’s very occasional noise from there, but not too much.

Robin was very helpful with initial questions and the property manager (Rosemary) was incredibly attentive and kind. The house is fantastic. Immaculately clean and well located, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We loved the air conditioning in all the rooms,the generosity of space in the rooms and kitchen,the location and the cleanliness of the yard including the lovely gardens.The whole town of Franschoek is within walking distance.
The television set can be upgraded to add streaming channels like netflix.
