Really delightful small complex. Very pretty with flowera and olive trees. Nice pool. Lovely bungalow apartment. Nice fluffy towels Comfy bed. Nice pillows. Everything we needed for great stay.

I love the house itself two rooms a beautiful kitchen and two bathrooms it’s more beautiful in personal.we don’t need to buy salt oil and other stuff for cooking. Very close to the center it’s like 15 minutes more or less with the bus my children love the pool

We don’t have a car so we need to walk uphill but it’s ok

The location is very good, not crowded with tourists. the property has a beautiful amount of greenery, the staff were friendly and helpful, and having access to the pool was a real advantage. Very close to the beach. Pretty convenient access to Chania center by city bus 21. There was also towel change after 3 days, which is nice.

Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the accommodation were a major disappointment. There were large numbers of ants inside the apartment, to the point that we had to keep all food in the fridge or microwave otherwise the ants would get to it. There was also a persistent smell of wet damp rug and cigarettes inside the apartment which we were unable to get rid of, even after airing it out. The kitchen equipment was another problem. Some of the dishes were dirty, and the frying pan was so old and burnt that it was not usable. When we asked for a replacement so that we could make eggs for breakfast, instead of receiving a new pan, I was given instructions on how and with what to scrub the old one. In the end, we simply stopped making eggs for breakfast, even though they are something we really enjoy. In general equipment was rather spartan, you need to juggle to make use of it. The bathrooms also need significant attention. There was something looking like mould in the shower, and the drains could not cope with the water from even one shower, causing the bathroom to flood. The mattresses were very old and we could feel the springs, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Bed could be also wider as for 2 person. There were also nasty looking stains on the wall in the head of the bed, which made you wonder about cleanliness and sanitation. The outdoor air-conditioning unit also had a strong damp smell, which made it difficult to dry our clothes outside. On two occasions, when we had early morning trips planned, there was no hot water at around 7 in the morning and after 22 in the evening, which was quite inconvenient. Usually there were car parking places available at the facility, however few times there were none, so we had to look a spot around the street.
