Superb

3 bedrooms and ull equipped kitchen, lots of space. Near the main road to Sölden. Great host.

Partially underground so the windows are higher. We came in winter for skiing so it didn't matter.

Nice place to stay

The hosts are really nice. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. There is enough space for 6 organized people. The apartment consists of three bedrooms (one with a big TV), a kitchen and a big entrance hall.

The refrigerator is small and has no freezer. The oven is a bit off. There is no sink in the toilet (it is OK though there are sinks in the bedrooms).

The host was pleasant and the check in-out process was easy.

This is located in the basement of someone's house. You must go into their house and downstairs to access. The door is glass and offers no privacy. Each time we came or go, someone was there to go past. It felt like living at my parents house. You can hear everything upstairs. The hosts were friendly, but there is no privacy especially for a married couple.

Super verblijf en vriendelijke eigenaars die heel gastvrij zijn

De Gastvrijheid. Vanaf deze locatie kun je mooie wandelingen maken. Op loopafstand een prima supermarkt waar elke dag de broodjes vers worden afgebakken en hij is ook nog lekker op tijd open(7.00u) zodat je vroeg kunt ontbijten

Eigenlijk niet zoveel alleen een lekker hangbank voor 6 personen zal misschien heel erg lekker zijn.

Prima huis in mooie omgeving

Super omgeving en fijn huis met ruime keuken en genoeg mogelijkheden om buiten te zitten.

Het was een benedenverdieping die half ondergronds was en geen woonkamer.

Heerlijke week gehad in Oostenrijk met een fijn appartement als uitvalsbasis

Uitstekend appartement met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen om een weekje in de sneeuw te kunnen verblijven. Ruime en schone kamers waarvan aantal met wastafel, goede bedden, grote keuken met koelkast, oven, magnetron, broodrooster, koffiemachine en alle basis voorzieningen. Aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw die we makkelijk konden benaderen als het nodig was.

Eigenlijk niet veel. De badkamer is klein, maar in combinatie met wastafels op de kamers prima. Koelkast had geen vriesvakje, maar dat hebben we niet echt gemist. Misschien bij een verblijf in de zomer noodzakelijker. We verbleven er nu met 4 personen. 5 of 6 mensen kan ook, maar dat zou ik zelf niet zo snel doen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Familie Falkner. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt gut für Ausflüge im Ötztal. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. 1,5km entfernt ist ein super Restaurant.
