Better than expected.
At the arrival personal spoke only in German. English would be appreciated for easier communication. But anyway it was possible to understand everything needed.

overall I would recommend to stay here for a German speakers
The zimmer is well located very close to the main road of the valley. It is very spacious and very clean, suitable for families. The view is perfect.
Lack of privacy and difficulty in communication with the house owners as they speak no English, except of their children that are not always there.

The host doesn't speak english, which created few awkward situations. Had to wait to host's daughter to clarify some issues.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful quiet place with gourgeous view on the mountains within 25 minutes driving distance from Soelden.

Apartman skvely, ale personal nam pobyt chvilemi dost kazil.
Vybaveni apartmánu skvělé. Apartmán je prostorny. Hezky vyhled.
Personal mluvil jen nemecky bez snahy o anglictinu i pres opakovane upozoneni na jazykovou barieru. Pani domaci nas navstivila dost casto a zbytecne. Trideni odpadu v Rakousku chapeme, ale naprosto k tomu nebylo vybaveni a pak z toho byl konflikt s personalem, ze to neni vytridene podle jejich predstav.
