Everything was so good and very clean. The people were so nice.

Maybe the shower was a little inconvenient.

The room was big with a balcony ( I did not know we would have one :-)). Nice view. Quiet place near the main road and the beach. Everyday cleaning service = no sand in the room and drinking water. Fridge and air conditioning were working effectively. We came for check in after midnight (a receptionist wait for us) by an arranged transfer (not the cheapest option possible, but normal price and it was easy to navigate through organization). The payment possible with credit card with 3% bank surcharge - we paid accommodation and transfer fee together at the reception, so we did not need to exchange money at the airport through not good rate.

We selected the accommodation as well for offered facilities - but except check in I never met anybody at the reception. I did not receive the answer about ordered transfer for a long time - only shortly before trip when I started to panic about not confirmed reservation, so I wrote to the e-mail from their official accommodation website and shortly after I received answers to my questions about transfer, late check in, if they are actually counting with me.... communication before stay should improve through booking chat. At the end everything had happy ending, but me personally I am prefering secure arrangements enough time upfront when the situation is not usual (check in during night/early morning, using extra service).

Super clean, spacious room. Very kind hosts, always ready to help. A lot of options for breakfast nearby. Cosy beds.

Noise from the street (bikes, yes, for European may be little bit noisy) but soundproofing of sliding windows is good so be ready to sleep with A/C on and closed windows.

Location and cleanliness

The security guy was quite unfriendly. And the staff had this rude touch to them too.
