Very tidy and clean.
Neighbourhood is a little rundown. No shampoo or shower gel.

The room was cozy, comfortable, clean, and spacious. It was cleaned daily.
The guesthouse location is good. It is close to several subway stations. You can reach Termini station (a main station) in about 10 minutes, and Vittorio Emanuele and Manzoni stations are also nearby. If you prefer walking, the Colosseum is around a 25-minute walk away.
Although the surrounding side streets may look a bit run-down, we had no security concerns at night.
You can use the kitchen to eat and store food in the refrigerator, although cooking is not allowed.
The lady who runs the guesthouse was very kind and welcoming, which made our stay more pleasant.
The room heater didn’t work automatically. However, this was not a major issue for us, as the room was still comfortable for sleeping, so we did not notify them to fix it.
On the first night, there was no hot water, so I had to take a cold shower. On the following days, the hot water worked fine without any issues.
