Die Lage ist top, näher am Strand geht fast nicht. Das Zimmer ist mit modernen funktionellen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das kleine Duschbad hat eine gute Sanitärkeramik und Raumaufteilung. Das Frühstück im direkten Nachbarhotel ist Mittelklasse, nichts wirklich Erwähnenswertes aber gut. Für Hochsaison ist es ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Es gibt viel Renovierungsbedarf, am dringendsten der Teppichboden!! , die Tür zum Bad lässt sich nicht schließen. Das Ambiente im Eingang und vorm Haus sowie in der Aussengaststätte wirkt lieblos und ungepflegt : zerfranste Fußmatte, reichlich „Wildkräuter“ in den Fugen sogar schon blühend, keine Dekoration , einfallslos aufgestellte Tische. Im Duschbad gibt es keinerlei Haken für Handtücher usw
