Atendimento dos funcionários, espaço do quarto e ótimo café da manhã
Água quente demora muito para chegar às torneiras e chuveiro (gasta muita água, principalmente em dias frios), cama de casal um pouco mole e falta uma amofada de encosto na cama

Hotel é excelente. Bem localizado, quartos bons, limpos e confortáveis.
Acredito que a organização da equipe que cuida das crianças pode ser melhor. Não parece ter regras ou uma organização para receber as crianças. Chega no espaço e ninguém acolhe, pergunta nome, etc. Para os pais fica a sensação que a criançada está "solta" naquele lugar e que os monitores não tem controle do que acontece com as crianças, não dando segurança para deixá-las lá (a não ser que sejam da idade "teens" que já sabem se virar sozinhos). Mas se tem programação para infantil, é importante ter essa estrutura. Fica a dica para melhoria!
