Excellent acommodation

Wonderful acommodation with all facilities provided. The room was exceptionally clean, new and convinient. They clean the room and change bedsheets and towels every other day. The view was beautiful with a nice terrace, plus a big shared terrace outside the apartment, with breathtaking view. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. The location is excellent. The center of the city is 10 minutes walk by foot. There is a close beach 150m by foot, and other beaches very near by. Its quiet and not crowded.

Disastrous stay

Absolutely nothing.

We stayed in the room for just a single night and we woke up with a lot of bed bug bites. At the night, we also found and killed a bed bug that we did not realize it at that moment, but it was confirmed a day later on when we visited a dermatologist. Luckily, our one-year-old daughter was not bitten as she was sleeping in a playpen that we brought with us. After contacting the pansion and mentioning the incident, they refunded us but attempted to accuse us of bringing the bed bugs ourselves from the beach, something laughable due to the sheer amount of bites received, pointing to a large number of bugs.

my 'summer sea home'

Since it was my third year in a row, it just keeps being better and better. The hospitality, sense of peacefulness and just great experience that makes me visit it again every year, even for couple od days for an awesome rest and joy. Oh, and the small things as well, for instance, the shower head in apartment 3 is absolute wonder! Talking about micro-massage with water! :)

Some will tell that the location is a bit too uphill, but for me it is also a plus! No parking problems, safer and quieter environment, a place to hide away and just meditate on the balcony.

Nice stay for Ouranopolis

Spacious studio rooms with Nespresso machine - and a nice balcony. Very kind host ! Earlier check-in was made possible. Approx. 15 min walk to port. Easy for parking in front of the studios. Excellent view ! Very pleasant stay.

It was a great experience, the beach is few minutes away and the view is splendid.

The room was very clean and cozy, from the terrace we had a splendid view over Ouranoupoli, there is parking space in front of the pension and the staff was very nice and helpful! We will come back for sure!

Excellent!

Facilities, location, cleanliness, service, staff - everything was perfect. We were especially impressed by the combination 'breakfast served on the spot' + 'having own kitchen facilities'. That way we had the excellent flexibility to either have breakfast/lunch/dinner out or have breakfast in the pansion & buy food and cook in the room, as per our personal preference for the day. In

The only downside was that there were no TV programs in languages other than Greek.

Beautiful!

Beautiful hotel with a great view of the ocean! The closest beach was perfect for a swim, there was a supermarket close by and jest a short walk to the center. The breakfast was delicious with fresh pasterys and bread. The host was super friendly and helpfull.

Offers quite family vacation in a clean and with extraordinary value for money establishment

It is a family owned establishment where cleanliness is very important. Every day the room is cleaned and towels replaced and every other day the bed-linen are replaced. It is in some 600m distance from the city of Ouranoupolis. to walk there is just 10-20 minutes, depending how bored you are :) The establishment also has a place shared among all guests which is overseeing the sea and offers beautiful sunsets. We were mostly alone when sitting there. It seems most of the other guests where tired. Close by is a wonderful beach in walking distance. It is a rather isolated bay which is unorganized - so you need to bring your own umbrella etc, but it has ultra clean waters and is nicely secluded.

There is a steep road leading to the pension Irini which may be a burden for somebody walking from the beach to it. Then again, for me personally, it was a welcome change and I always tried to walk it as fast as I could to burn the fish and the steakes I had consumed :)

Thanks to polite hosts Irini and Anna. They are working for provide best accommodation. We had quite good breakfasts. Nice and clean facility. Perfect landscape and sea view as well.

Maybe it's normal but air condition used for heating was some noisy for me. However, we slept well.

A wonderful stay, such warm hospitality!

Irini, the owner is just lovely and so helpful with anything you need. Her staff are very warm and helpful too. Breakfast is an extra 9 euros, but will fill you up until the evening, and it's delicious, with homemade jams, eggs any style and fresh orange juice! Nice powerful shower, and very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony and the beautiful, quiet beach across the road.

Gorgeous Little Gem of Place with Stunning Views!

We were loved our stay a Irini's! Beautifully kept property. Irini welcomed us at reception with a lovely smile and wished us a pleasant stay. The room was like new, sparklingly clean and decorated with good quality fittings, tiles and furniture. There was absolutely everything that a traveller may need and the room is cleaned every day if desired. We always found ample parking on the quiet street outside. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, a hairdryer, even a tub to wash clothes and a laundry basket. The shower had really good pressure and constant hot water. The towels were fresh and fluffy. The little kitchenette was extremely well equipped with a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a fridge, hob, saucepans, cookery, cutlery (including a ladle!), washing up liquid, and tea towel. The bed was so comfortable with crisp sheets, and the adjustable tv could also be watched from the chaise longue! There was a safe in the wardrobe, lots of storage and hanging space and a lovely dressing table. The balcony had a stunning view of the town and sea and there was very little passing traffic. It was very peaceful and private, we didn't hear other guests and weren't disturbed by anyone. There is also a clothes line to hang wet towels or clothes to dry on the balcony. The hotel is on a hill at the side of the town and it only took us 5 - 10 minutes to walk down into the centre. To walk back, it may take you a little longer as there are some upward slopes, but we didn't have a problem at all. There is a little supermarket about two minutes walk away which is next to a restaurant called Acropolis, where the waitresses were so helpful and friendly. We were also happy to find was that less than 5 minutes from the hotel, down some steps at the end of the street is a secluded beach! There were only a few other people there and the water was crystal clear and calm. The town itself is very classy with great restaurants, boat rides and a museum in the tower.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Best breakfast ever. Super clean. This is the most beautiful place with the nicest hosts we have been to in Greece. We have been staying at Irini three times already and every time it's been perfect. We are coming back soon again :-)
