Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel very clean. Room comfortable. Close to the beach, and a whole host of eateries / bars to choose from, within minimal walking distance. Easy access to public transport.

You get pretty much everything that you will need. Breakfast is included, but don't set any expectations.
There is no hair dryer. There is AC in the room, but there is no remote control, and you have to pay the reception to get it. Soundproofing is poor. You can hear the neighbors talking. We also got woken up early in the morning a few times due to the noise from the hallway. The toilet is small. Street parking is available, but it is usually hard to find.
