Perfect location, very clean and felt luxury. The homemade breakfast was delicious and we were fed very well. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodated all of our requests. We were very happy.

Good location but wouldn’t recommend if you like sleeping

The location was great, very convenient to walk to cafes and restaurants and the beach.

We slept terribly all three nights as there were doors slamming, dogs barking and people talking very late into the night.

The location, the room and Mrs Nektaria were fantastic!!! Just walk 30meters and we could swim to one of the most wonderful beaches of the island! And Mrs Nektaria’s breakfast was handmade and really tasty!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. I had a very beautiful and spacious room and the location was right by the beach, the restaurants and the shops. The hosts were kind and accommodating. The breakfast was superb and delicious. Thank you for a great stay.

The hosts are very welcoming, the location is great, close to an amazing beach. The room was nice, cleaned every day. Utensils for the kitchen were provided and clean towels every day, which is also great.

Improvement of the kitchen and storage space would help, though it is sufficient if you are not planning to cook/store more food.

Wonderful stay!

We loved the location! Our suite (#6) was newly renovated, quiet and private. The staff was exceptional. Drinking coffee and wine on the balcony was a wonderful start and finish to our day. We will be sure to return!!

Having a screen in the bathroom window could have prevented mosquitoes from entering the suite.

Wonderful property on the beach, beautifully furnished, super clean. Loved the breakfast best food in Naxos thanks Nik for all your lovely cooking! The beach had amazing sunset views and the town had a great calm quiet feel while still fun.

Highly overpriced for what you got - very disappointing

Proximity to beach.

- the room was a deluxe suite, it was a normal if not a small standard hotel room. - the bed was uncomfortable - bath room door was a glass partition rather than a door and was less than a metre from bed. - when we arrived they had double booked our room so we had to stay in a neighbouring hotel. - no prior notice just told when we arrived. - breakfast was beyond basic think toast and jam. It was included in the price we went once.

Great location!

Right next to the beach, less than a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. Great view of the salt lake and sea from the top floor rooms. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. We were also allowed to check in early which was a huge bonus.

Booked a one bed appointment but given a studio. The owner and her daughter spent sometime with me (through google translate) trying to explain about the rooms, however whilst I don’t think for one moment they were trying to be dishonest, I do think it was lost in translation on the Bookings website, as they don’t have what was described. Also the view is great but the view of the lake/sea is also used as a makeshift carpark, so at night there is quite a bit of noise as people get back to their cars, and locals tend to play music from there cars. It wasn’t a deal breaker but it was a little annoying at times.

It was perfect. The staff was a sweet family. I felt safe it was very clean and quiet and I slept great! I just loved the balcony! And the room was spacious to spread out. Great location to the restaurants and stores and beach! And bus stop. And supermarket too.

The location is amazing. Everything is close. The staff is friendly & accommodating. We really appreciated the extra touch of having sand toys available for kids to borrow.

Family run lovely hotel!

We were really impressed and very happy with this hotel. The location was great, the hosts super friendly and we would not hesitate to recommend. Our room was really clean and newly refurbished. Having the facilities to cook in the room with everything you needed was excellent. The shower was really good too! The patio area was nice to enjoy drinks and lunch. The hotel opened their new breakfast room on our first morning and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast all freshly homemade and it was delicious. We would definitely return and give the hotel 10/10!!

The view from balcony is lovely and the location is quiet

No hot water for a shower or for washing your face. WiFi didn’t work when in the room. The shower door was coming off the railings and was difficult to close.

Fabulous view and terrific location!

The location was terrific. Close to everything but very private. Also, the view of the sea was spectacular. The beach was just 2 minutes away and the shops and restaurants were about 1 minute away. Bonus is the grocery store is about 3 minutes away walking.

We would have liked an upgraded room, but it wasn't available. Maybe next time. There is some maintenance in the bathroom that is needed, but nothing major.

Cosy Apartment with Nice View

Everything about this stay was great. From the moment I arrived it was great to see that the property had enough parking space for visitors, then at the reception the staff were very friendly and welcoming, taking us to the room and explaining the basic details to make our stay easier. when I needed a hair dryer they fixed the problem for me immediately the balcony was large and comfortable with nice views the room had comfortable beds and somehow the room has that feeling of making you feel at home.

The „kitchen“ was just a tiny corner in the room. If you wanted to use the dishes or get a pan, they were under the sink which was right in front of the table, so you had to squeeze between. Apparently, some rooms are nicely equipped, others aren’t. So we just didn’t have luck…

- only small improvement potential is the shower that looks great and new, but water flow is not optimal

amazing place! higly recommend!

super close to the beach, great little hotel/resort style studios. very clean, daily cleaning, fresh towels. staff were super friendly, Nikoleta was so easy and delightful to deal with. Views at sunset were absolutely stunning, close distance to shops/restaurants, 15mins drive from Naxos town. 1 min from the beach.
