Picturesque, convenient and clean

Balcony had a beautiful view, kitchen utensils were functional and served well for one pot meals. Cleaning was daily and very high quality. Bus stop was only 2 minutes walk away and the beach was even closer.

It is located 100m from the beach but the view from the balcony is obstructed by buildings. The apartment was not as fresh as the images. There is no lounge area and only a bench to eat at. The balcony has a table and chairs. The kitchenette is very small and it has old pot & pans to use for cooking. The showers have no curtains so water goes everywhere. Daily change of towels and rubbish removal was provided. Friendly and prompt staff at check in.

No flyscreens so beware of mosquitoes. Balcony floods if it rains. The entrance and their back of house is very unkept, needs a good scrub.

It was perfect , we loved the location and beautiful beach and restaurants in walking distance.

We’re travelling with our teenage son and he had his own connecting bedroom &bathroom . Fantastic location , fabulous beach and apartment was very clean , across the road from a beautiful beach , last but not least a great outdoor balcony to sit and have breakfast or watch the sunset ..

Passable

Very cheap, and in a very convenient location. By the way, many complains that the location was wrong on Google maps, but only took me 2 minutes and use of GPS to correct it. You're welcome. ;)

The apartment is quite small, being just a studio with a mattress mounted on top of a stone frame. The mattress provides little additional comfort to the stone itself, and we didn't have much rest on it. In addition, there is absolutely no sound insulation to talk about and you will hear everything: doors of adjacent apartments slamming, balconies being opened, people having shower, flushing, walking, talking, etc. Furthermore, the door glasses are not sufficiently covered so anyone turning the foyer light on will lit up your studio like it's Christmas. To round up, the bathroom was also incredibly small and the floor didn't drain the shower water properly. Sure, it was "cheap", especially on high season, but a lot of basic things are not quite taken care of, so we felt like it wasn't really worth the money.

It was extremely well located, agios prokopios is by the the best beach in the area. Heike let as stay for a extended check out with out a problem as she didnt had guest the next day, something we where extremely grateful

Good location (once you find it)

It was one of the nicest hotels we stayed with in Greece. The rooms are well decorated, and everything seemed new. The bathroom was nice. The location is good, perhaps 50m from the beach on a quiet side street. There was a sliver of ocean view from our balcony.

The hotel is not located where booking.com shows. It's actually at a better location. It's up the side street beside Kahlua Beach Cafe Bar. The room's balcony faced directly into next room's balcony, so you have to keep your blinds closed almost all the time for privacy. The window on the other side of the room faces onto to another balcony, so those curtains also needed to be kept shut. The hotel management did not respond to texts or messages via booking.

Great place in an awesome location

The place was clean, very comfortable, with a nice balcony. It looks like the typical Greek houses, white with blue windows and doors - lovely. Is located very close to the beach (1 min walk), and to the restaurants. The host is very nice and helpful.

La localisation et la vue

Ça ne ressemble pas aux photos, ils ont bien home stagé le site mais c’est très décevant en vrai. Il n’y avait même pas de savon dans la douche, il n’y avait qu’un drap sur le lit trop petit qui ne tient pas et montrait le matelas dès que tu bouge. J’ai écrit à la personne de l’hébergement et il n’était pas du tout compréhensif et à l’écoute. C’est une arnaque.
