The stay was beautiful and peaceful. We had a great time.

Booked two Rooms considering beach side room but realised the have separate (not a beach side) premises for us in ground floor. No TV at room. CarParking is far , restaurant is not good enough. This premise was not clean and room service was poor.

It was so disappointing that even after two months I felt compelled to write this review, hoping it helps others. We had an early checkout at around 7:30 AM. My 2-year-old son was hungry, so I requested hot milk and some toast before leaving. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to arrange even this basic request. The reception kept saying “please talk to the restaurant”, while the restaurant staff refused to help, saying they were not operating before 9:00 AM and were busy preparing breakfast. I personally went to the restaurant at 7:30 AM, but they sent me back to reception. This back-and-forth continued until we had to leave—disappointed, with my child still hungry. What makes this worse is that we had a complimentary breakfast plan, which cost us ₹3,000 extra for 4 people. We didn’t even expect a full breakfast—just bread and milk—but the hotel failed to provide that as well. Other issues: Very poor service, especially at the restaurant. One staff member was particularly rude—lots of showmanship, no hospitality. I just saw mention of rude elderly gentleman staff in another review. I am confirm he is the same guy. Arrogant and what not. Only good thing about him was his English. We booked a garden-view room, but the actual location was shocking. It felt like a completely different property—we had to cross the road and walk deep inside another area to reach the room. Overall, extremely disappointing service and poor coordination. Would not recommend, especially for families with kids.

Very disappointing stay at Krishnatheeram Resort. Unfortunately, the room and overall experience did not meet our expectations. The rooms were very small, and the washroom was in poor condition. The bed linens and towels were not clean, which was particularly disappointing. The mini fridge was not working, and even the landline phone was not functional. For the price we paid, we expected much better cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities. Overall, the stay was not comfortable, and I would not recommend this property unless these issues are properly addressed.
