Klug und ansprechend gestaltete Wohnung auf 2 Etagen, wirkt viel größer als man denkt. Angenehm klimatisiert. Hübscher, ruhiger, grüner Innenhof voller Lavendel mit schöner Sitzgelegenheit vor der Tür. Ausgesprochen freundliche Begrüßung und Betreuung. Eigener Autoparkplatz um die Ecke, Fahrräder stehen sicher im abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Lage direkt am Stadtrand in netter dörflicher Umgebung, bis Wien-Zentrum knapp 30 Min. mit Bus+U-Bahn, ebenso mit dem Fahrrad Wer sich traut: Gleich um die Ecke hübsche Gartenbar einer Schnecken-Manufaktur mit interessanten Speisen
Ab und zu etwas Fluglärm, hält sich aber sehr im Rahmen
