Its a nice place with great service, rooms are excellent.
Swimming pool is not very clean, me and my kid had a bad stomach after eating breakfast. Rest of the family was fine so it was the French toast probably.

- Some of the staff members were very nice and welcoming. The Tibetan lady at the restaurant was especially friendly and sweet with our kids.
- The ambience was pleasant.
- The kids’ food was good.
- The swimming pool was nice.
- The air conditioning broke down during our stay.
- The duplex we had booked was not properly cleaned and was full of dust, so we had to be moved to another room.
- There was too much insistence on checking out by 11 AM. A 12 noon checkout, which is common at many hotels and resorts, would have been more convenient.
- The massage service was average. However, the prices were reasonable.
- Parking was self-service, with no valet parking available.
- Most of the rooms did not have lift access, which could be inconvenient, especially for families with young children.
