Al check-in il personale della reception è stato gentilissimo, oltre ogni aspettativa. Siamo stati omaggiati di due welcome drink, che abbiamo usato per l'aperitivo prima di cena; ci è stato fatto un upgrade della camera, con ottima posizione e un simpatico balcone; servizio di pulizia di prima qualità. La camera aveva la tecnologia del bagno e della doccia di ultimissima generazione, con prodotti di prima qualità. Colazione a buffet oltre ogni aspettativa, con presenza di abbondante scelta di prodotti oltre ad una selezione di prodotti locali di particolare qualità. Abbiamo provato il ristorante una sera a cena: benissimo il menù e ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo acquistato un trattamento alla SPA, eseguito in modo eccezionale. splendida la stessa SPA. La prossima volta che torneremo a Livigno, prenoteremo senz'altro in questo albergo.

The location is perfect. Very close to the slopes. The food at the restaurant amazing, especially the dinner.
It was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep. We could hear literally all the guests that were passing by the door, or the ones that came late after party. It is extremely noisy.
