Le côté rustique et authentique de l'établissement, la gentillesse du personnel, le restaurant et sa carte.
Chambre un peu exigüe pour 2 personnes et SDB un peu rudimentaire (pas de gel douche, de verre pour se laver les dents) mais prix en rapport.

L'accueil et les lieux sont superbes. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix et une cuisine super sympa. Le lieu est historique et le cachet de l'ancien très chouette.
Chambre donnant sur la rue, bruyante car passante le.matin. L'hotel mériterait un rafraichissement tout en gardant le cachet de l'ancien.

Parfait emplacement pour une reunion sur la base d'Etain. L'hotel est l'unique établissement hotelier de la ville et il est plutôt bien placé. Accueil minimaliste, mais tout était prêt et conforme a la réservation. Chambres spacieuses et insonorisées du traffic routier. Petit déjeuner tres correct et un tarif tout a fait adéquat pour la prestation. Menu avec un bon choix et les plats sont bien cuisinés.
L'hotel est tres vieux et quelques réparations seraient bien venues, dans l'escalier par exemple avec une barre de retenue de moquette mal fixée, ou bien dans les chambres ou la television est assez mal fixée au mur et ou il serait agréable de disposer d'un fauteuil
