Hotel Cvilín

Na snídani docela velký výběr, smažená vejce, párky a vůbec velký výběr všeho, čerstvé a ještě teplé pečivo. Super.

Nemohu jinak než jen chválit.

Didn’t find the sleepers, otherwise everything was excellent

This was a great venue, very well located and most amazing views. The room we had was really huge and spacious and loved the door opening up into the garden. Bed Linen was great (bed itself a bit too soft for me). We searched google for local taxi which was great in getting around.

Bringing a guest all the way from South Africa to give a more upscale experience, I must say I was a little disappointed. The Hotel contacted me to warn me about possible noise to a wedding which was no problem, however we were not notified that service would lack. Staff were too busy, we had to ask where to eat, sit, no info about spa services or anything, etc (no induction given at all). Also only tea in the room and no coffee was available in the room. I would have preferred if they asked me to re-book elsewhere as we really felt like we were just in the way. We were hoping to enjoy a nice day on Saturday with the views and relaxation, instead we landed up leaving the Hotel for the entire day as it was so busy with the wedding. The Room was great but bathroom shower glass grooves could use some cleaning. Bed was also a bit too soft, however the linens were comfortable.
