amazing view from room, top notch hospitality and location!

First, the host was the most helpful and as you check in he greets you with a large bottle of water (so helpful when you arrive a bit late) and makes himself available for any questions you might have. I got a beach towel (borrowed) which was helpful! I felt safe, my bedroom had a balcony slightly overlooking the water which was beautiful. Bed was comfy, place was clean, and they came in and cleaned everyday which was also amazing! Highly recommend and would love to stay here again in the future! PS- schedule airport taxi ahead of time with help of front desk! :)

Ground floor room so no balcony as such but outdoor space is nice. Close to beach and easy flat walk into the town. Room was spacious and well equipped.

Very comfy with good internet!

I liked the fast internet, the beds were very comfortable. There was a kettle and some basic facilities to make coffee. The manager was very informative about the island and upon our arrival, gave us a map and guided us to the attractions and the public transport in the island. Outside in the outdoor area of the hotel, there were lounges you could relax on and there were cute cats who would relax on the lounge with you. Cats are very common in Paros.

Great Time in Paros!

I loved the location of the property. Everything was within walking distance. We had a decent view of the harbour in front. The room was nice and spacious, the bed comfy. The toilet and shower facilities were great. The checking in process was smooth. We were given lots of information about the island, where to go, where to eat, what you must see, which beaches to visit. It was from this encounter that led us to renting an ATV and completing the lap around the island in a day, stopping by towns such as Naoussa, Lefkes, and various beaches including Santa Maria, and Golden Beach just to name a few. It was amazing. Thanasi should be credited with helping us explore the city. What a guy. He had cute kitties roaming the premise, which was also an added bonus as you walked through the common shared courtyard.

The door to the shower was a bit difficult to lock but it worked nevertheless. The TV didn't work for some reason, but just needed to mention that. It didn't matter to us in the end, as we were hardly inside unless it was bedtime.

Chill Place to Stay

We had a wonderful time here! The location is excellent, just a short walk to two beautiful beaches and surrounded by lots of tavernas. The room and bathroom were clean, and we especially loved spending time in the peaceful garden with its two cute cats. Thanasis was a fantastic host very responsive and gave us great tips and guidance to explore the island. I definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Below average.

It was ok definitely a lot smaller than in the pictures, the host was nice and helpful but was rarely actually at the property.

I left with bite marks all over my body resembling bed bugs, but can’t say it was directly from this property as “I have no proof” but I definitely didn’t have them before I arrived and they refused to take any accountability for this. Also there is absolutely no parking I had to park 100m-150m away.

Friendly, ideal location, would recommend anyone to stay here

Close to the sea, friendly staff. Gave us recommendations to eat, drink and activities. Gave us free beach towels to use for our stay also. So helpful and quick to get in contact also

Cleaning staff pushing to clean the room when we are in there. Didn’t leave room till 12:30pm one day and asked to leave quickly. Cleaning staff were lovely and did a great job, just felt under pressure is all but understandable time constraints on their part.

Great stay!

Very nice hotel. The location is perfect. It’s a 10 ish minute walk to the main port, bus stop, and town. The hotel is less than a minute from a beautiful beach and many restaurants and shops so very convenient! It is off the Main Street so very quiet at night. The hotel also seems recently renovated so all the facilities are new and clean! The man at reception is kind and helpful, and the beds are comfy! I would recommend this place!

There was slight noise from the hotels shared area during the day from other guests but was always quiet by 9pm (to be expected and didn’t bother us but just to be aware). The hotel was great! Really no complaints!

Would stay here again

Excellent accommodations at the end of town practically on Lavidia Beach, which can be seen from the balcony. Clean and affordable rooms, with nice amenities. Friendly staff, with lots of suggestions of what to do in the area. Highly recommend it.

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the entry courtyard, where we sat and had a picnic lunch everyday of our stay. The location of Grozos rooms was excellent: back from the busy road, but close enough to the beach and restaurants for easy access. Grozos rooms is a 10 minute walk from the port and busy area of Parikia. Less than 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket.

Clean, spacious and a short walk to the beach.

The guy who runs Grozos is friendly and really helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, and my room was a huge apartment with a lounge, kitchenette and separate bedroom. Very happy overall.
