    เรื่องคือ เราได้ทำการแขวนป้าย Do not Disturb ไว้ ตั้งแต่เช้า ประมาณ 9 โมง จนถึงบ่ายโมงครึ่ง เราได้ออกจากห้องพัก และ สลับป้ายเป็น Make up room หลังจากนั้นได้เดินลงมาจากห้องพักซึ่งอยู่ชั้น 3 ขณะเดินลงมาถึงชั้น2 ได้พบพนักงานทำความสะอาดห้อง พนักงานจึงถามผมว่า จะเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวหรือไม่ ซึ่งผมได้ตอบไปว่าผมเปลี่ยนป้ายให้ทำความสะอาดแล้ว หลังจากนั่น ผมก็เดินลงบันได ไม่ทันถึง4 ก้าวก็ได้ยิน พนักงานทำความสะอาด พูดตามหลังมาว่า ต้องแขวนป้ายทำความสะอาดก่อนบ่ายโมง แต่ผมไม่ได้หันไปตอบพนักงานทำความสะอาดคนนั่น แต่ได้เดินไปสอบถามที่ พนักงานตอนรับว่า ปกติต้องแจ้งทำความสะอาดก่อนกี่โมง ซึ่งคำตอบคือ บ่าย2โมง ทำให้เราซึ่งเป็นแขกรู้สึกว่าไม่ได้รับ การบริการจากทางโรงแรมแบบที่ควรจะได้ พนักงานพูดจาแย่ ท่าทางกริยา ที่ปฎิบัติกับแขกที่มาพักแย่มากๆ ทางโรงแรมควรปรับปรุงการให้บริการของพนักงานให้ดีกว่านี้ เพื่อประโยชน์ขององค์กรท่านเอง และหน้าตาของจังหวัด ภูเก็ต ซึ่งเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวระดับโลก ด้วยความเคารพ อัษฎาวุธ ประทีป ณ ถลาง
