The Good! The facilities as such were very good and the staff were exceptional. Specifically, we had an issue with a lost/misplaced wallet and all the stress that this sort of thing causes. The staff were patient, tolerant, systematic and helpful in working through this issue. Barman was very pleasant with a good sense of humour. Very good saltwater pool and sunbathing facilities.

We experienced a couple of things that detracted from the overall experience. The bad. We stayed for four nights and had ongoing issues with the door lock requiring frustrating multiple attempts to unlock the door. Also the liquid soap dispenser (plunger) did not work and the towel fitting on the wall was loose. (detracted from the in room experience). The ugly. In particular the bed was very uncomfortable in that it that the mattress had collapsed on one half. On raising the matter the mattress was changed with another, we suspect from another room. During this process we noted that the collapsed mattress had no mattress protector and was very badly stained (appallingly so) so were glad to get a replacement. Sadly, we noted that the replacement was also badly stained!! From a hygienic perspective we were taken aback about the state of the mattresses and the fact that mattress protectors were not being used.

The hotel was just as advertised. Small and very welcoming

The bathroom was very very small . I couldn’t even take a shower
