Appartement entièrement rénové,murs ,plafonds et sol,donc très agréable à vivre. Chambre spacieuse et bon couchage. Même si ça peut paraitre futile, des couteaux dignes de ce nom seraient utiles, ainsi qu'un dessous de plat.

Appartement bien situé, très spacieux mais gros problème de sécurité : prises électrique sans protection enfant, sans prise de terre, lorsque l on met un appareil électrique il y a un arc électrique qui se produit. Aucun détecteur incendie dans l appartement. Aération des wc se fait dans la cuisine pas top lorsque l on fait la cuisine et pas de hotte pour cuisiner.Demande une grosse rénovation pour être au norme et pour rajeunir un peu.

Logement plein centre-ville, bien agencé et disposant de tout le matériel requis. Cependant, l’appartement aurait besoin d’une bonne rénovation.
