A good rest in a beautiful place

The stay in the apartment was very successful, the place is very clean, well equipped, with a balcony with a beautiful view of the park and the sea in the distance. The location is comfortable for those who like silence and vegetation around. The sea can be reached on foot in 8 minutes, the city in 20 minutes. Very efficient self-service - key in the locker, parking on site, under the house. Great contact with the owner and tasty wine as a gift only increase the assessment of this apartment 😁 we recommend Jola and Jarek

Good location for beach but overpriced, basic apartment wouldn't stay again.

Good location a short walk from the beach but a longer walk into the centre of Rovinj (25 mins)

We arrived to be told we had been moved into a ground floor apartment with a shared terrace which is not what we booked or paid for. The apartment was very basic, hole in the shower floor, old, uncomfortable mattresses and minimal kitchen equipment (no toaster etc) lots of mosquitos. The room was not just dated but needed most things replacing. Wouldn't stay here again, we overpaid for what we were given.

Would be awesome with some maintenance

The location is great, nice walk to the beach. It’s quiet, it’s shaded in the morning. Gas stove is very good to have. Comfy beds, even surprisingly the expandable one.

Fridge is too small for 2+2 family, some facilities need maintenance. Internet was very slow, we ended up buying a cheap local SIM.

Location and space in apartment was good, the other things not worth for that money.

The location was very good. Nice viuw from terase.

We were 3 person. 2 sleep in the bedroom and one on sofa in livingroom. The sofa was very used, uncomfortable, the matrace was poor. In te batroom there was no soap, only one very poor toiletpaper. The shower was so thiny that a biger person will have really problem to go in. All the furniture was older, used a lot. The towels were very used and old.

Good apartment

Nice place, beautiful landscape, close to the beach by walking. Quiet and clean. Even the city centre is not too far, 20-25 minutes walk. Closest shopping is 8 minutes walk.

Had an issue with the dishwasher but was fixed ASAP.

Great location, quiet, with good access to 3 beaches and a supermarket (all within 10 min walk). Spacious apartments with balcony, grill available in the garden area. Nice and flexible staff.

While the building looks very nice from outside, the facilities and furniture could use renovation. It obviously hasn't been changed or updated for several years. Beds too soft, kitchen equipment missing some basics like a sharp knife. Cleanliness not a strong suit but still acceptable
