Lianos Hotel Apartments

Panos is a lovely host and could not be nicer. He picked us up from the port and dropped us back off. He was really helpful telling us where everything was, good restaurants, bars, and was always around the hotel. This is budget accommodation, but the rooms are very clean and tidy with bins emptied every day and fresh towels provided regularly. The air conditioning works well, and toiletries are also provided. Lovely pool area and pool, although the weather hasn't been too kind, so we didn't venture into the pool. The old town is easy walking distance downhill with plenty of tavernas and bars by the harbour side. The beach is also walking distance. The port town is absolutely lovely. A large selection of hotels, restaurants, and bars for all tastes and price ranges, high-end boutiques, and souvenir shops. It's just less than a mile from the accommodation and an easy downhill walk. Be prepared for the uphill walk back. There are plenty of taxis or horse drawn carriages if needed for the short journey. Spetses is easily accessible from Athens, Poros, and Hydra by superfast ferries. Hire a scooter or quad bike and venture round the island. Good fun and only 25km all the way round.

Nothing, not to like. It is budget accommodation and is priced fairly.

lovely location not far to port hired quad from just down road had a good deal as paid cash 30 euros a day . panos was very welcoming and gave us a really good room for price we had paid . His mum was adorable and so friendly couldn’t do enough for us.She worked very hard !The cleaner too was fabulous and cleaned room daily. swimming pool very clean we appeared to be only guests there it was so peaceful.

Nothing we have stayed here several times now and just love it .

I have had the worse Wi-Fi experience in my life. There was no Wi-FI connection from our room. We had to be in the common areas to have Wifi-signal. Also even when connected the Wi-Fi speed was below average. It is not acceptable in the 21st century to have such bad Wi-Fi. Finally, there is some strict policy about visitors in the hotel.
