Ok, but far from perfect.

It was comfortable apartment

Check in... On booking it was written 14:00... But we had to wait till 16:00 to get the appartment Then no information where to park. We didn't order the linen and towels, because it was extra payment... But in the end everithing was in... So we packed and carried ours for nothing. The only light in the bathroom was not working... And somehow we couldn't get the agency on the phone... No ski-bus... Long walk up the hill to the ski area. If you type the property address in google maps... It takes you to wrong location.

Nightmare

Nothing I Did Complain But No Answer From Booking My Money Wasted

All And I Send it Before Very Very Bad Hotel Not Same As Picturs And Toooo old and dirty With Most Of Light Burn And No Water work in Bathroom And To Much Smell Of Cigarret From The Peaple before As And To Much Headch To Collect The Key And The Place Is Diffclt To Find ( GPS No Work Good )

Our room was upgraded and we stayed in a better apartment than we had expected - it was quite good: the view to the mountains, quite clean, a kitchen with everything you need, clean comfort beds.

Charging additional money for bed linen is pretty weird. The fact that keys are at the reception in another hotel should be mentioned earlier - we came to the apartment and were wondering around trying to find someone. Luckily we were without children or baggage but it can be a problem for someone. Please, tell this information in advance and make sure that people get it.

The Location was good, and parking was available at site. Apartment was clean.

If the price seems too good to be true then it probably is.. Check in time was late, check out time was super early. A lot was required from guests before leaving apartment, I mean what is the point of a clean up crew if we are required to clean everything ourselves? Also we booked it for 9 people for 3 nights and they only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper!? This ran out of course after the first night, and when I emailed/called there was no reply. Found this very unprofessional.

Majitel je zjavne setrny. Velmi slabe osvetlenie bytu - len naladove svietenie,knihu si vecer neprecitate. Velmi slaby prud vody v sprche. Jedna z izieb je bez okna a teda bez vetrania. Byt bol urcite povodne dvojizbovy. V byte sa velmi nevyspite,pod domom su dva podniky,ktore su min. do polnoci hlucne a v blizkosti je vodopad,ktory pocut.

Leuk huisje maar waardeloze bedden zonder matras!

Het was een schoon huisje, het zag er gezellig uit.

De bedden waren alleen de onderkant van een boxspring, zonder matrassen! Dat hebben we nooit eerder meegemaakt. Daardoor sliepen we erg slecht. Met de kussens van de stoelen hebben we wat geprobeerd maar toch vooral weinig slaap en zere rug. De eigenaar kon er niets aan doen en gaf geen compensatie.
