Facilities and position.
Not respecting Booking reservation made to pay in euro for the basic specified things converting everything in forint.

The playhouse the children really enjoyed as well as the mini disco. Also, it was nice having a bar open until midnight next to the reception, which had billiard tables, darts. The interactive table (first time seeing it) was fun for the whole family. Since lunch was included, we also enjoyed that.
Honestly, we’ve been to several 4* hotels and were expecting better since this hotel is also Superior.
The hotel is clean, the staff is nice, the food was good but nothing too fancy. The wellness area has no slides for children, keep in mind and is not too big. As in conclusion, we were missing a wider selection of food (salads, fish etc.) as well as a wellness at least with a slide for toddlers. There is a nice area outside so I do understand that the vibes might be different in the summer.
On a side note: we decided to try the Aqua Palota/Palace (at Gyulai Várfürdő) across the hotel. They had slides but the water was not too warm in any of the pools, not even in the baby pool. We couldn’t stay more than a couple of hours.

Excellent hotel with great options for families with kids, from kids pools to kids playground and animators they have everything. The hotel is very clean, everything is well though out. I will visit again for sure.
Food could be more diverse as you don't have too many options to choose from (especially if you are vegetarian).
