Location of the hotel is fantastic - very easy when arriving at Glasgow Central Train. Room was also very quiet. Bar is good.

Lift not working. Not a problem for me, even though I was on the third floor, but it will be an issue. Delighted to find there was a bath. Not so delighted there was no plug. The shower needs refreshing.

Marks on sheets. Outdated appliances with ingrained dirt & chipping paint. Very basic room, definitely overpriced.
