We had a great stay at Ideal House. The hosts were very friendly from the moment we arrived, the room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast had plenty of options including homemade cakes, Greek pies and delicacies. The location was great- only a short walk to Valtos beach and about a 20min walk to Parga Old town.

The property was beautiful, and put one in vacation mode right away. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We liked the separate bed area for our daughter. They maximized the use of the room space. There was plenty of storage if you are unpacking for a longer visit.
Staying only one night. 🙂

Een enorm sfeervol hotel complex. Het ligt iets achter het strand, maar het straatje er naar toe liggen allerlei hotel villa’s waardoor het gezellig druk is. Er wordt genoeg geflaneerd.
Een extra compliment voor de zussen die het complex runnen en het ontbijt verzorgen. Ze zijn zeer hartelijk en gastvrij en het zal je aan niets ontbreken. Het ontbijt wordt niet zo maar even neergezet, nee, het wordt met liefde bereid en zoveel mogelijk zelf gemaakte lekkernijen. De hele lokale keuken komt voorbij. Een weelde als je van Grieks eten houdt.
De kamers zelf zijn ruim opgezet en hebben een kleine kitchenette. Daar hebben wij, behalve de koelkast, verder geen gebruik van gemaakt.
Er zijn maarliefst twee goed werkende airconditionings aanwezig. De bedden liggen prima met prettige kussens.
De badkamer is niet al te ruim, maar wel modern en alles functioneert zoals het hoort met een prima regendouche.
Bij het complex is een klein zwembad met wat comfortabele ligbedden. Als je een groter zwembad wil zit er restaurant Mango om de hoek. Als je iets besteld op het terras kun je daar gratis zwemmen in het grotere zwembad.
Eigenlijk was alles ruim voldoende!

De jus d’orange bij het ontbijt is wat waterig, wat jammer is, want het staat in groot contrast met de goede kwaliteit van de rest van het ontbijt.
