Excellent location.
Spotlessly clean.
Wonderful family who own the apartments
Only one negative - for us - and that was that there was nowhere outside to sit in the sunshine. The outside area is very beautiful but shady .

It has a good location and nice interior design.
The floors were not properly cleaned when we came. There were a lot of ants and some other bugs inside and in front. We had an argument with the owners about the cleaning, they first refused to clean, but at the end they cleaned the flat.
Moreover, there is zero privacy, it’s ground floor and there are people, especially owners, overlooking you at all times. The is no light, and if you want any privacy, you have to pull down the shades so you have zero light inside.
For this price, we expected much, much more. There are places for 1/4 of the price nearby with great location as well.
