The staff at Le Citizen were extremely friendly and helpful. We were very impressed by them. The Quai de Jemmapes is an attractive and lively area, hugely popular with young people, but the double glazing was effective in keeping the noise down. We had a great view over one of the locks on the canal. It was an easy walk to various Metro stations, and into the beautiful Marais district.
It was all good. Nothing to dislike.

Comfortable and spacious in a great location.
Heavy use of air freshener. Had to open the windows to air the room.

Location was good reasonable close to the train station, room was very small, I thought it would have been a little bigger, but Paris does have small hotel rooms, Staff were great, on the whole it was reasonable for our stay.
