Le côté pratique, la sécurité, et le fait d'avoir un point d'ancrage. Il y avait un ventilateur, ce qui m'a permis de mieux supporter la chaleur. Même en affirmant ne rien pouvoir faire, le personnel a fait plus que je ne le pensais : me donner un numéro qui m'a beaucoup aidé, le numéro du gérant j'ai pu avoir le code des deux derniers jours du séjour.
Suite à une erreur, j'ai envoyé le mauvais mail, et du coup, je n'ai pas reçu les codes pour entrer, mais le personnel n'y est pour rien, je n'étais simplement pas habitué au Self Check-In, vu que c'était la première fois que j'y avais droit.

Het was schoon en het personeel (op afstand) zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam
Heel gedateerd, muffe geur, en het lijkt of je naast de snelweg slaapt. Veel overlast gehad van het verkeer en een klapperend rekje bij het raam. Helaas niet kunnen slapen en blij dat het maar voor 1 nacht was. Daarnaast is Biel uitgestorven in de zomer
