Proprietario gentile e disponibile sia durante il soggiorno che in fase di prenotazione; struttura funzionale e con istruzioni chiare (sia sotto forma di cartelli che di spiegazioni fornite oralmente) ad esempio relativamente al funzionamento delle porte e di un telefono interno da usare in caso di necessità; ambiente arredato con cura e personalità sia nelle singole stanze che negli spazi comuni (che includono una piccola corte interna); stanza confortevole e pulita con letto sufficientemente grande e comodo (in particolare, cuscino tipo memory foam e cuscino e coperta supplementari a disposizione nell'armadio); scrivania con presa a cui poter attaccare il computer durante l'utilizzo; ombrelli grandi a disposizione degli ospiti in caso di pioggia; cestini per la raccolta differenziata.
Colazione inclusa presso WellDone, locale esterno ma molto vicino alla struttura. Locale accogliente sia all'interno che nella parte con i tavoli all'esterno, personale disponibile e cordiale, cibo buono con buon rapporto qualità-prezzo (anche il salato, che ho provato senza vaucher a cena). Il vaucher per la colazione include un caffè/cappuccino, brioche dolce o salata, succo (non spremuta) in bottiglietta di vetro e un bicchiere d'acqua.
L'accesso al BnB avviene inserendo un codice numerico su un tastierino, che apre le porte di vetro esterne; ogni camera ha poi una chiave, che l'occupante della stanza è libero di lasciare in struttura o portare con sè durante il giorno. In caso di malfunzionamento delle porte a vetri esterne (comunque mai successo a quanto riferito dal proprietario) è prevista una uscita secondaria.
La stanza offre scarso isolamento acustico rispetto al resto del BnB (ero nella prima stanza entrando, vicina al corridoio e alla reception/ingresso, e quando passavano delle persone in corridoio avevo l'impressione di sentire molto i rumori e le voci).

It was a pleasure to stay in a place that felt like a home. Tastefully decorated! Stefan and Sandra are wonderful people who will make you feel comfortable and welcome. I thank them especially because they made sure I did not feel and inconvenience even when the city was in deep crisis with the flood. I look forward to my next stay!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a small patio surrounded with lots of green. Our host was punctual and accomodating; he booked our taxi for us and spent time at check in ensuring we had all the information we needed. Breakfast vouchers were issued and we had a lovely start to the day just around the corner at a cafe.
