Quinta Pacifica Beachfront Villas

We enjoyed the closeness to the beach, the location, and the view.

It was a bit difficult in finding the entrance to the facility. The room needs a bit of upkeep.

The property is a great location directly on the Ocean. It is a large property that is fully gated and you park directly in front of your apartment. We felt very safe especially with the fact that there were multiple security guards at all hours. This is an older property with about 25 villas in a row. Ours was two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and large enclosed patio facing the beach. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Not sure about air conditioning because we were there when it was cool.The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Bathrooms were large and hot water flows fast. Everything was extremely clean and in good repair but the rooms could use an update and it seemed that process was underway. There were some renovations happening at the entrance and it appears there was a recent installation of a rock breaker and large sidewalk, with plenty of sand up to the villas. There are plenty of lounges and volleyball in this area. Access to the ocean is on either-side of the property This is a great option for people with mobility issues because it is single story; however there is a step from the bedroom/kitchen area and another step down to the patio. This would make it difficult for someone completely dependent on a wheelchair.

This is an older property, maybe 1980’s, but has been well maintained and is very clean and safe.

So private very nice and nothing to worry

I think the deposite to high and how they got to charge me $16.95 for what I did not understand I wanted to get back my deposit 100% I guess not was not told a service desk about that staff told me there was no charge on my card deposit

Location is great

Extra charges, kitchen not stocked with essentials. When we checked in they gave us our room, we got to the room and the other guests had just left, the room was not cleaned yet. We had to wait and do the process again. They charged us for the water, for the coffee, for the cream and sugar. Kitchen did not have any pans or pots.
