Lovely few days

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. I slept very well being by the sea. They showed me lovely places to do my yoga and meditation which was more private. And also they can open the gates to get into the sea which I did and sat and watched the sunset. The staff also accommodated me for food for me for vegan breakfast and dinner. Other lovely restaurants and coffee houses 30 min walk or few mins in a taxi.

I enjoyed my time at the Resort and the staff were so helpful when my car would not start.

Really great value for money and beautiful views!

Great property for doing everything you would want to do in Lovina, dolphin tour, night boats to see plankton that glow in the dark (highly recommend) and very attentive staff that are so sweet! Views are spectacular and everything can be done through the hotel and boats will pick you right up from the hotel pier :)

The pool could be updated a bit but if you’re planning to do excursions it won’t affect you

The hotel is old but the staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was great.

The pool had no filtration or chemicals added. We still swam but needed to be careful not to swallow the water. Risk of ear infection.

One of the best hotels ever!

The Nugraha Hotel and Spa is stunning. The position is brilliant. I could swim straight off the steps of the hotel (when the tide was in). The staff couldn't do enough to help they were all smiling and always happy to help and always smart. The food was lovely. Lots for breakfast. Rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were supplied. Towels for the pool were supplied when we needed them. The view from my room was totally amazing. I could just sit on the balcony and watch the sunset or even just sit on my bed :) The air con was very good. I did a trip to see the dolphins, Rapi was very good, and then I went snorkling with him as a part of the trip. Stunning fish. I even saw a turtle at the front of the hotel when I was snorkeling:). The staff came over to our table and sang me happy Birthday on my birthday and gave me a cake 🎂 so sweet. I can't express how good this hotel is. On Indonesia independents day, the staff and local students played games and invited us to take part. It was so nice being involved and great fun. I'm going back for two weeks! Already booked. It's perfect. Thank you all. I can't wait to see you all again. Xxx

Good location, good staff, clean room

The hotel's location is excellent. We came to Lovina specifically to see dolphins, and the front desk helped arrange a boat trip for us. We could board the boat directly from the back of the hotel. The overall environment of the hotel is quite good, with a beautiful garden and relatively clean rooms. It's very cost-effective.

The beach near the hotel is very dirty, making it impossible to enjoy any activities there.

Great Customer service make you forget the imperfection

Customer service was exceptional. All the staff was very friendly and polite. They helped booking the dolphin trip, did the laundry for us, help us rent a scooter. The outside of the hotel looks amazing and really well taken care of. Room is comfortable but could be modernize.

The drainage of the shower wasn't good, and it was hard to select the good temperature in the tap shower, it's either very hot or cold. Restaurant only had chicken to serve when we first arrive and no vegetarian option

very limited breakfast (rice, noodles, bony chicken, watermelon and some pastries). No eggs at all, no yoghurt, granola, no fruit choice. Maybe that could be improved.

Hotel located just at the see, so the view after waking up is great.

The property needs modernization, eg. very dirty carpet floor in the room, squeaking bathroom door, making it impossible to go to the bathroom at night without waking up the companion. No electric sockets anywhere near bed, the only one I found was in the corridor. And the breakfast was rather poor, but we really appreciated they were flexible and we could eat half hour earlier that normally breakfast starts.

The location and facilities were good and the staff were exceptional.

The views from the balcony were beautiful and the grounds were well maintained. The staff were exceptional and the best part of our stay, particularly, Try Hidayat and Arik. They took such good care of us, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond multiple times.

The rooms themselves are slightly dated and showing signs of wear.

The view from the balcony overlooking the sea was good. Arik from the front desk was really helpful and friendly

We found a cockroach on the floor as soon as we checked into the room, we later found what looked like blood stains on the linen. Everything was dated and getting tired. The pool was quite murky. Restaurant service was really poor, it took 80 minutes to get ice cream with only 2 tables to serve. Location is isolated and there aren't grabs available.

Nice place to stay

The guys who work there are super friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was cozy and clean. Loved the sea view! The resto is also cute, unfortunately I couldn’t have a meal outside as it was raining.

I lacked sockets, I think that’s because this hotel is quiet old.

Location and hotel condition. Staff's friendliness. The hotel is reasonably well maintained even after covid pandemic.

We enjoyed out stay and were sad to leave.

We loved staying here. The staff were all amazing. So friendly and helpful. The resort is a little out of town, however, there was staff available to drive us where we needed to go. They went over and above. Everything was clean and tidy and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful relaxing hotel with helpful staff

This is a wonderful hotel, situated on the sea. A perfect little spot to enjoy the sunset.The staff are incredibly helpful and gave us a free shuttle into town when we needed the ATM/restaurants etc. They were also helpful with organising day trips/taxis in the area. The hotel is a 5 minute scooter ride from the main beach in lovina but this is actually perfect as it allows some quiet time for relaxation away from the huddle and bustle of the town. Beautiful gardens and very comfortable room. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

It was very clean. Staff were very friendly the chef was exceptional.

We left it looked like it hadn't been maintained after 2015. Cabinets and walls needed a new paint job or replaced. The whole place looked like lost grandeur.

Poor Wi-Fi works only at lobby, pool and nearby. Doesn’t work at farthest rooms. Wooden sunbeds at poolside in very poor condition. I’ve broke one while trying to move them. No chance to come down to beach.

The shower :( sometimes hot sometimes cold and running so small, feel like not clean everytimes i had shower. Water in the shower is most important for me. I would like to stay again someday there but not in that condition of the water.
