Location is very nice and staff has been kind and available
Booked a superior room with a balcony right on the pool and external areas. I believe it would have been fair for them to inform us in advance that they were hosting a birthday event that night right below our balcony, with high volume music and fireworks until 12:30am. Additionally, the room had a very bright and annoyng emergency light which was on the whole night.
