Lovely hotel very clean and in a fantastic location at Plaza Italia. Decent breakfast offering, comfortable beds and rooms.
Bathrooms need improvement. Poor quality shower with mould and limescale, not what you’d expect for a 4 star hotel and no plug was provided for the bath along with an oddly placed drain in the centre of the bathroom.

The hotel had lots of charm and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious, perfect for a family. We barely heard any noise from the street (apart from two very loud motorcycles) and didn’t hear our neighbours at all. It was a close walk to one of the main streets with lots of restaurants and a slightly longer (but doable) walk to the parque San Martin.
Other reviewers complained that the bathroom was outdated, which might be true but we found it perfectly functional and clean. It even had a bathtub which modern hotels often do not.

The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful.
I did not like that they did provide any replacement Kleenex after the first day when I used the pack of two. They did not provide any moisturizer in the room and the air is incredibly dry. Finally, the bath towels were old, frayed and “crunchy”.
