Accessibility as it was all on one level.
Would have been better to provide non slip mats for the shower cubicles as once they were wet they were very slippery.

The room was lovely and clean and had everything we required. The location was also really nice. We have stayed here before several times but not recently.
I found some of the staff not as friendly and welcoming as in previous visits. Unfortunately we were not made to feel welcome to assisted when asked for information.
