Excellent location. Walking distance to La Sagrada Família, the beach, and Ciutat Vella and many restaurants and stores in between. Lovely park with an amazing playground just across the street. The staff were very helpful and the building was well maintained considering that it’s a student residence. It was a reasonably comfortable place to stay on a budget with our 2 young kids.

Good location, good gym, friendly staff.
Seems old. High waiting time for the elevators. Room with dirty walls, old room and old bathroom. Lack of dish cleaning equipment. Breakfast seemed basic with not many options. High priced for what it is. Not value for money anymore for Barcelona after the price skyrocketing.

The staff at the reception were outstanding.
Barcelona is a VERY hot city in summer, so it never crossed my mind that the rooms wouldn't have AC! Rooms were stuffy and hot, which made it very diffucult to sleep. I was also expecting a bit more for breakfast considering how much we paid. Better have breakfast somewhere else.
