Armonia Hotel by Zante Plaza

What i liked the most at Armonia Hotel was the staff. they were all extremely polite, friendly, helpful and smiley faces. I had a minor issue in my room which didn't bothered me much but the team was happy to help and fix it very quick. I liked the pool very big and clean. the location is very quite with a nice view, close to the beach, restaurants and Cameo Island. It was very good to have a restaurant open for food at very resonable prices and very large portions. Many thanks to the whole team whole made my stay exceptional. i have to mention the rooms are very very well clean.

A little thing to mention was the fact that meanwhile the windows blinds/curtains are very good keeping the room dark, the doors are half glass and a strong light coming from the corridors was lightning the room by night. First nights the corridor light was on until midnight or so but the last night was on for the whole night disturbing my sleep. my suggestion is to put a curtain in between the door and bedroom or the corridor light to be with sensor , on only when needed or less bright.

A bit noisy as neighbours were returning from their party nights and made noise. Also the shower room with WC is too small

The location of the property was ideal. Close to the main area, but not enough to hear the partying/noise during the evening. Slept perfectly every night. The breakfast was phenomenal, great selection catering to all and included some traditional Greek dishes which was a bonus. Incredible it is included in the price. Also, had the prawn pasta one day for lunch, which was delicious. The rooms were great. I had a room overlooking the sea, the mountains and occasionally fireworks in the evening. The best part of the stay was the staff though. Extremely attentive, friendly, welcoming and willing to help either any plans during the stay. Most definitely would stay again!

We were visited at the hotel by a friend who went to the room for 2 minutes to change her bra. We were told that the room cannot be used for anyone else either because it is possible to go to jail if the forest catches fire... :))))) Also, if you do not consume, even as a hotel customer, you are not allowed to sit on the couches. Zero hospitality.
