L'emplacement, la propreté et les équipements.
Malheureusement, on a été cambriolé pendant notre absence "toute notre argent". La serrure n'est pas sécuritaire, malgré qu'elle s'ouvre avec un code personnel, il est aussi possible de l'ouvrir mécaniquement avec un Pass, ne laissant aucune trace dans le système. D'autant plus qu'il n'existe pas de caméra sur le palier de l'étage. Pas de coffre fort non plus.
