Sultan Pansion Bird Paradise

The staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. We had a wonderful experience with nature. The breakfast was very filling, fresh, and delicious. We were very surprised and pleased with the service we received for the price we paid. Photographing the bird species was important for us, and we had some beautiful photos. We did a boat tour and a horseback riding tour. We had a fantastic day. We ignored the negative reviews and were proven right. We participated in many tours at very reasonable prices, and they even gave us the horseback riding tour for free. A special thank you to the owner, Mr. Mesut. We hope to see you again very soon...

This is a great location for the bird sanctuary. The hotel sadly is struggling.

First rooms we were taken to stank and had rat droppings in them. We were moved to cleaner rooms without too much trouble, but first impressions stick. The location of the hotel is good, but the rooms are all too small and a bit old. My impression was that people don't stay here anymore, because the accommodation isn't good enough. Consequently when we stayed they were very keen to up sell us tours and similar, but having got off to a bad start that wasn't going to happen. To my surprise the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly, but let down by the condition of the hotel.
