On 4th floor & no internet unless in passage way asked for it be fixed first day… asked again next morning and we were offered another room on 1st floor which we took as needed internet. Room was smaller and the street noise was very loud until about 3 am every night. In both rooms the power did not work on window side of bed, so no light & no chance to charge anything near bed. No light in kitchen area, making it hard to use in semi darkness.
Knowing what we know now, we would return but not on first floor as too noisy. Staff more than helpful😊
