View from our room was spectacular - overlooking the harbour. Room was fine, plenty of space for our 2 night stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, so much going on - right in the centre with lots of bars, restaurants, cafes.

No water or drink making facilities in the room.
Parking is very tricky but the location outs fab.

Super location, small family run hotel with a nice warm welcoming feel to it. St Martin has great restaurants, great shopping and superb bus and bike routes to choose from. Loved Ile de Rey.
There was a very strong smell in the bathroom at times. We (probably wrongly) accepted this due to being so close to the water /port area. I did report it at check out. While not nice, it was offset by great staff at reception etc. The breakfast offering is very simple so in my opinion it could expand a little with eggs / meats etc.

Great location and lovely staff
Room need a good paint & very basic , no water provided or aircon so v hot and difficulty getting sliding door open for air . Hall in complete darkness and run down :
