The location is great and facilities are perfect

It was difficult to get a table for a dinner as a lot of locals were here (looks like local business is very welcome here). Usually if you are paying 500€ per night we get informed a day before about possible dinner with prices, however not here, and when we asked on the arrival day for a table next day we were told that there are no free ones. Although next afternoon we were informed about possibility to have a dinner, but it was too late as we already booked it at another place. Moreover, as we booked a room with rooftop at the castle it wasn’t cleaned properly (unclean table and left dirty glasses and bottle), and at the entrance when a bird got trapped it took a day ti get him out and all carpet was in sh…t. So, all in all the service is not up to the facilities and the money you pay.

Electrical connections in the rooms were intricate and awkward positions for limited flexibility!

Location to the village ok. Views from property

When we arrived the pool was empty so we could not have a swim before dinner. Restaurant staff really unhelpful. They do not prioritise guests over walk in. Breakfast offering really poor. Overpriced for what we received.
