The staff at hotel were great, room was terrific, the whole place is very beautiful.
I arrived at night and would life at end of the next day. I tried to talk to hotel about a day use, half day, whatever option and at beginning, no one answered me back for days. So I tried other channels and the only messages that I received is: we cant do anything, we cant guarantee, we cant... we cant.. we cant.. Not even one solution... so I have to pay another full day to stay few more hours.

nice building near the lake
Michel the water a super friendly person that spoke very good English and had control of all his guests he will be for the hotel a great gem to be in a higher position to show his abilities.
The room we had was in-front of the generator building and we had 24/7 an awful extrem sound that made the opening of the balcony door impossible also all the smoke and smell from kitchen was coming inside the room. Food had quantity but was lucking quality 5 of our colleagues had severe stomach ache and vomiting the same day.
