El apartamento es amplío y cómodo. Las instalaciones muy bien mantenidas, tanto en el apartamento como en las zonas comunes de la urbanización (excelente labor de jardinería). La piscina es muy cómoda y no tiene demasiada gente, incluso en pleno mes de agosto. La zona es tranquila, distando de la zona de playa y ocio en unos 10-12 minutos andando.
Menaje de cocina algo limitado, bastante antiguo y dañado. Las sartenes tienen saltado el teflón, por ejemplo. Las tablas de cortar alimentos muy arañadas y manchadas. En general todos los elementos de la cocina estaban mal fregados, con restos de grasa. El camino a la playa no es largo en distancia, pero si algo complicado por la larga y empinada cuesta. Lo que un adulto hace andando en 10 minutos, se complica con niños y carrito de bebé. No es limitante pero si debe tenerse en cuenta.
