Ci siamo trovati molto bene e tutto lo staff è stato molto accogliente e disponibile specialmente Nicolò e Nando.

Sevizio di mezza pensione con anche merenda pomeridiana - fantastico Personale e staff cordiale e professionale, nominarne qualcuno farebbe solo torto agli altri. I servizi dei quali abbiamo usufruito erano di alto livello Posizione magnifica

La camera era piccolina per stare comodi in 3. La temperatura esterna è stata favorevole, ma suppongo che in estate la mancanza dell'aria condizionata possa essere un aspetto critico.

Beautiful surroundings with the mountains Wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Ingrid. She helped me bring some tea to my room. My husband was under the weather. Reception friendly and kind. The spa area very clean and nice.

The location is nice and the services are good too but too many people at the same time and I was not able to use it (Swimming pool or Sauna)

I was surprise for the buffet at breakfast and dinner, probably at lunch too but I never been for lunch. We are in a Covid-19 restriction and I have seen all the service at the table in order to comply to the rules of this period. The dinner was too expensive compare to the service (buffet) and the possible choice on the menu (2 or 3 option per each service at the table). I can't say this was a a-la carte menu but the price was much more!
