Clean sheets and towels. OK food. Working aer conditioner. Good coffee.
The air conditioner was leaking so the wall was wet, stained and falling apart. Also, there was leaking in the balcony.
Everithing was old and chipped or stained: doors, floors, walls, furniture etc.
No hot watter at all.
Smelled like dust and old cigarettes.
Really expensive for what it is.
