The lobby was nice.
The hotel is so outdated. The facility is NOT nice. Their lobby should reflect their rooms, and I think many people are deceived by this. The bed was not comfortable at all. That was the worse night of sleep I had in Bangkok. I ended up leaving very early. Did not want to spend another minute there. I honesty wish I just stayed at another hotel. I travel all the time, and I would recommend just finding another hotel because their prices are really not that cheap either. I would rather spend an extra $20-30 dollars and get a better quality of sleep and peace at another hotel. The Wifi did not work at all! I had to pay my phone company extra money to get 5G because I had no wifi. I could not connect my laptop either. It literally was 0!!! Location is not good either. It is not close to BTS etc. I would just choose a different location than this one. The staff was okay. There was nothing wrong with their service, it is just the hotel itself. Believe me when I say this, you will thank me for choosing another hotel.
