Location, cleanliness, staff, very comfortable, breakfast.
Gym cannot be called like that. Spa stinks a of disinfectant. Parking is too expensive. Dinner is too expensive. Wants to be a 4 star and charges like that but it does not make it, except for the price.

What a fabulous hotel! The staff were exceptional. The hotel has plenty of parking, our room was huge with an excellent ensuite bathroom. The beds were also very large and very comfortable. I can't fault the room in any way. But the view was incredible! We opened the giant windows and just enjpyed the view of the mountains. We highly recommend a stay!

Breakfast was great. The hotel’s highlight. Location was also great.
You heard everything that was going on in the nearby rooms. Phone conversations, tv when it was on. Really annoying. Although they state there is free wi fi, i tonly works in the lobby, not in the rooms.
